Free Children's Health Fair for ages 6 months to 19 years

Saturday, July 24, 2010 - 9:00am to 2:00pm 

At the Long Center - 1501 N. Belcher Rd. in Clearwater, North of the railroad crossing.

Shots, Immunizations, School Physicals, Sports Cardiovascular Screening, Dental Exams, Vision Screening, Spine, Scoliosis Exams, Safety Information and "2-1-1" Information.

Free hot dog lunch and more goodies!
